1 heaped tsp butter
1 tbsp Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. - Truffle Infused Olive Oil
1 dessertspoon Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. - Truffle Balsamic Reduction
2 cups sliced mushrooms
½ cup diced onion
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp corn flour
1 beef stock cube or vegetable stock cube
1 cup water ½ cup cream fresh thyme leaves salt and pepper to taste
10 MINUTE COOK TIME
In a non-stick pan heat the Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. - Truffle Infused Olive Oil to medium heat & cook the onions for approximately 2 minutes.
Add the garlic and stir through.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. - Truffle Balsamic Reduction and stir through.
Add the thyme leaves and stir through.
Dissolve the flour in the water with the stock cube.
Add to the pan stirring to thicken.
Add the cream and mix in well. Stir gently until the sauce is thick.
Season to taste.
