Starting with 2 tomato slices as your base, layer up leafy greens, 3 or 4 rings of onion, grated carrot or carrot noodles, two avocado wedges and top with three prawns. Repeat until all ingredients are gone. Once you get to the desired serving size simply drizzle over Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. - Poppyseed Dressing and season to taste with Pickle Hopper - Pepperberry Smoked Salt. Garnish with extra prawn and carrot and serve.
