In a large bowl combine the mince, bread crumbs, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and the Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. - Hot Tomato Chilli Chutney (optional).
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well with your hands, divide into 6 equal portions and shape the patties until they are about 10cm in diameter and 1.5cm thick.
Place on a tray lined with non-stick paper, cover and let rest in fridge for 30 minutes to develop flavours and help bind the patties.
(If you leave in fridge longer remember to lengthen cooking time slightly because the patties will be colder)
Lightly oil a non-stick pan with Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. – Extra Virgin Olive Oil and on medium-low heat cook patties for approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked all the way through.
Keep warm while you toast your buns and assemble your burgers with your choice of salads.
Place your pattie on your salad and top with a generous serving of Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. - Caramelised Spanish Onion.
Place a swirl of Willow Vale Gourmet Food Co. – Tomato Sauce on the inside of the lid of your bun and your burgers are ready to devour.
